Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured for aluminum construction in the areas we service. We can provide that at your request.
PLEASE UNDSERSTAND: Companies providing a BTR (Business Tax Receipt) is not a license to perform aluminum construction or repairs. Please contact your county’s Contractor Licensing Department to make sure the person or company you hire is appropriately licensed.

For some products/services, we can offer a ballpark price to see if it fits in your budget before we come out. We are a small business, so we are up front with our pricing. We are not the company that comes out to sell you or force you to buy our products.
-
We are a local family business that cares about our community. We aren’t looking to sell you or install something to make a sale. We care what it will look like 5, 10 years down the road. We want you to be happy with our products, and if something happens, we will be there to fix it.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day. A lot of times the same day.
-
We do not offer any discounts. We love everyone in our community, including our veterans, but we keep our prices low for everyone. We don’t price higher for others, just to discount for a few.
-
Depends.
Not all products are the same. For instance, motorized screens are not built or made or shipped the same way. We build the best unit we can and offer the best price. We cannot price match a unit that uses lesser quality materials and a lesser quality motor. We wouldn’t be able to stay in business.
Also, we do not price match one-man operations that are here today, gone tomorrow. We are licensed, insured, and have a local shop in the community that you can visit. We would like to stay for many more years. We can’t do that price matching people on Facebook or similar offering to do it cheaper. We use quality materials that differ from the one-man operations as well as workers comp and other insurance to protect the homeowner (you), and we pride ourselves on driving by your home later and saying, “we did that!” We also want to be around when you have an issue. We built it, we will fix it.
-
Currently, we do not add any fees for credit cards. It is getting harder to do every month, but we are trying to not add a convenience fee.
-
Any product we sell and install has a warranty. We always want you to be happy with what we install for you, so if there is ever an issue, please call or email us. Please note: after it has been installed for one year, we will have to charge a service charge to come out. There are a lot of circumstances to consider, so price may vary.
We will always be happy to let you know what the specific warranty is on any product.
-
Absolutely! Feel free to stop by during regular business hours. We are located at 1504 Old Moody Boulevard Suite #8 and 9 in Bunnell, FL. Feel free to call us ahead to let us know you are swinging by.
Lifestyle Garage Screen
-
If everything goes to plan, usually 3 weeks. Even though sizes are standard, we do not stock them. We order them from the manufacturer and have to wait to get them on a freight truck. They are not sitting on a shelf ready to go. The manufacturer makes them when ordered to ensure the highest quality product.
-
The manufacturer offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers everything but the screen mesh. For the first year after we install it, we will come out and repair without any service charge. After the year, we charge just our standard service fee. Parts are no charge.
-
No. The Lifestyle uses the garage opening to seal off against pests just like the garage door does when it is down. They can both be up, but only one can take the opening at a time. This is why HOAs love it. You would never know you had it if the garage door was down.
-
Unfortunately, we get this a lot. For us to do anything to the unit, we would have to charge our full labor cost for the installation. Also, we do not do any warranty work on the unit. We charge a fair price to do everything, so you don’t have the headache later of a bad install. I would take this into consideration when weighing to save the little bit we charge to do it for you. We cannot take liability of a customer installed unit.
-
Yes! We now offer a swinging door to replace the retractable door. Only available in white or black frame. You can also get a different screen type if you want as well.
-
We are sorry that has happened. Please call our office at 386-437-1280. We will replace both cables as the other probably isn’t far behind. If it has been over a year since it was install, you will just pay the service fee.
CWS 4 Panel Garage Screen
-
If everything goes to plan, usually 4 weeks (unless there is some type of supply disruption). These are custom made to size. Unlike the Lifestyle Screens this install on the exterior, so it all depends on the size of your exterior garage opening.
-
The manufacturer offers a 10 year warranty that covers everything but the screen mesh. For the first year after we install it, we will come out and repair without any service charge. After the year, we charge just our standard service fee. Parts are no charge.
-
Yes. This installs on the exterior, so there is no interference. This allows for a screen barrier to keep pest out before you even open the garage.
-
No. This is a custom made product. We take all the responsibility to measure, order, and install the unit.
-
Yes. This system has a full frame around the exterior of your garage. We install thresholds on both sides of the bottom to ensure your vehicle can drive over it without causing damage. You have to drive straight in and out. DO NOT TURN YOUR WHEELS ON THE TRACK! This will cause damage to the track.
-
This is a tried and true system in Florida to screen in your garage. It has been around for years. With that, the bottom track will collect all types of debris from the winds. You will need to keep the tracks clear of debris using a blower or broom. Also, do not use WD-40 or equivalent on the bottom tracks. USE DRY LUBE/DRY SILICONE ONLY. This allows it to lubricate the materials and not leave an oily substance behind.
-
Absolutely! Aside from the initial install, you can DIY the service yourself. We stock everything. Please visit: https://www.cuttingedgescreen.com/new-products for parts. Also, if you would like us to service your system. Please call the office at 386-437-1280, and we will schedule to take care of it for you.
Glass Replacement
-
No. Double insulated units have to be manufactured and sealed to keep moisture out. Even if we could, the cost would be the same if not more to make that repair. On top of that, we wouldn’t be able to warranty it.
-
Yes. The only real issue is the length of time to get it. It is always a minimum of 4 weeks to get it made.
-
No. There are people who claim to do this by drilling a hole in the glass. This is not a solution. You can only fix the issue by replacing the unit.
-
For this, the answer is YES. We charge a certain price for the first one and an additional fee for each subsequent glass unit. Depending on the manufacturer, we may charge more due to the labor involved.
-
The answer to this is unfortunately NO. The reason is that we cannot take responsibility of securing the window. Insurance is always the biggest contributor to why we can or can’t do something. We would love to help, but you will have to have someone else do this for you while we wait to get your unit. Rest assured that broken windows are always a high priority. As soon as we get it, we are coming to fix it.
-
Typically, the answer is no. However, some manufacturers used the same window frame when they offered both single pane and double pane. For these windows we can.
-
No. We are not licensed to replace windows. We can only repair what you have.
-
Yes. We have a full service shop to repair or replace your window screen.
